Shipping
After we receive your order, it is usually processed in 3-5 days and can take up 7 days for shipping to begin. After your items are shipped out, transit times may take anywhere between 15 to 30 days for you to receive them. Due to the free & low shipping cost, delivery times can vary. Our products are shipped using the following carriers:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- FedEx
- UPS Epacket
Kinfolks and Cousins is not responsible for items after they have been delivered.
A week from the day your order is placed, a tracking number will be available and can only be acquired upon request by email. Please remember, when it comes to tracking your shipment, holidays and weather could distort your arrival dates. The average delivery window is about 2-3 weeks and some orders do arrive faster while others may have some delay.

Refunds and Exchanges
Our refund policy is that all sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kinfolkandcousins@gmail.com. In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Certain products we sell cannot be returned (personal use items, consumables, etc.), please email us before sending back items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
